 Can anyone enter a competition?
Our competitions are open only to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older. We do not accept entries from outside the UK, as competition laws vary internationally. All competitions are organised in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Relatives of directors, employees, or suppliers of Bosh Competitions are not permitted to enter.

What are the prizes?
Each prize is clearly described on the relevant competition page. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute it with one of equal or higher value.

Can I sell the prize if I don’t want it?
Yes. Once you win a prize, it becomes your property and you may sell, gift, or use it as you choose.

When is the draw for a competition?
The draw date and time are stated on each individual competition page. All valid entries will be included in the draw, and the winner will be chosen at random.

Why was my order cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our Terms and Conditions. This ensures the fairness and integrity of all competitions.

How is the winner chosen?
Traditional Draws: These are conducted live on our social media platforms using a secure random number generator. If a number is selected that has not been assigned to an entrant, additional numbers will be generated until a valid winner is found.
Instant Win Competitions: Each competition has a pre-determined list of winning numbers. If your assigned number matches one of these, you win the corresponding prize instantly.
Auto Draws: These are carried out using a secure, automated process to randomly select a winner at the stated draw time. Winners are contacted and publicly announced via our social media channels.

What is my draw number?
Your entry number(s) can be found:

1. On the confirmation page after entering a competition
    
2. In the confirmation email sent to your registered email address
    
3. By logging into your account and viewing your recent orders
    

What happens if a competition does not sell out?
All competitions will go ahead regardless of whether all entries are sold. If the competition does not sell out, your chances of winning may be higher. A winning number will still be drawn from the total pool.

Is Bosh Competitions legitimate?
Yes. Bosh Competitions is a registered UK limited company. Our registration number is: 16540126. 

Why am I receiving messages from Bosh Competitions?
We send SMS, email, and app notifications to users who have registered with us. These communications are part of the service provided. You may adjust your preferences at any time.

How do instant win competitions work?
Instant win competitions include a list of predetermined winning numbers. If one or more of your purchased entry numbers matches a winning number, you win the prize linked to that number. Some instant win competitions may also include a final prize draw in which all entries are eligible.

Why am I receiving spam via email or SMS?
We only send communications to registered users. If you believe you have received a message that appears to come from Bosh Competitions but is suspicious, please contact us so we can investigate.

How can I opt out of communications?
You can manage your communication preferences at any time by logging into your account and updating your settings under “Account Details”.

Can I get a refund on entry fees?
We do not offer refunds on entry fees, including in cases where an entrant is disqualified for breaching our terms.

What are my chances of winning?
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries allowed for each competition. For example, if a competition allows a maximum of 3,000 entries and you purchase one entry, your odds are no worse than 1 in 3,000, assuming you answer the qualifying question correctly. Purchasing more entries improves your odds up to the maximum allowed per person, which is detailed on the competition page
