TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. The Promoter
The promoter is BOSH Competitions, operated by a UK-registered limited company established in 2025. We do not currently have a business address. For postal competition entries or any other reason you require a mailing address, please contact us privately at info@boshcompetitions.co.uk.

2. The Competition
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the BOSH Competitions website at www.boshcompetitions.co.uk. Some competitions are skill-based and may require a correct answer to a question. Entry fees apply for online entries, and a free postal entry route is always available.

3. How to Enter
Competitions run from the Opening Date to the Closing Date as specified on our website. All dates and times are in London, UK time.
We reserve the right to change competition dates if necessary. If the minimum ticket threshold isn’t reached by the original Closing Date, we may extend the competition to avoid losses and ensure we can continue offering quality competitions in future.
To enter online, visit www.boshcompetitions.co.uk, choose your competition, answer the question, complete checkout, and receive confirmation of your ticket(s).
You may enter as many times as allowed per competition.
Free postal entries must include your full name, address, contact info, competition name, and your answer. One entry per envelope. You must also have an account on our website matching the details provided. Contact us via info@boshcompetitions.co.uk to request the current postal entry address.

4. Choosing a Winner
Winners are selected at random using secure software or live draw methods. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date. A list of names and ticket numbers may be published. If you do not want your name displayed, contact us at info@boshcompetitions.co.uk at least 48 hours before the draw.

5. Eligibility
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of BOSH Competitions and their immediate families. You must ensure you are eligible to enter. Fraud, abuse, or automated/bulk entries will result in disqualification without refund.

6. The Prize
Each competition prize is detailed on the website. All prizes are subject to availability and may be replaced with one of equal or greater value if necessary. We provide no warranties or guarantees. For vehicle prizes, no insurance, tax, or extras are included unless stated. You are responsible for collecting or registering the vehicle and ensuring you meet legal and safety requirements.

7. Winners
The winner will be contacted via the details provided during entry. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners’ names, pictures and town may be published. If you object to this, you must notify us before the draw.

8. Claiming the Prize
Prizes must be claimed personally. Cash prizes will be transferred to a UK bank account matching the winner's BOSH Competitions account. If details change, you must inform us immediately. If the prize is unclaimed or the winner fails verification, we reserve the right to offer it to another entrant.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance, except where legally required. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the prize or the value of entries made in the last 12 months, whichever applies.

10. Data Protection and Publicity
By entering, you agree to us using your personal information to run the competition and, if you win, for announcing the result. If you do not want your details published or used for publicity, notify us at info@boshcompetitions.co.uk before the Closing Date. If required, we may still share details with the Advertising Standards Authority to prove fair administration.

11. General

11.1. BOSH Competitions reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be live on our website at www.boshcompetitions.co.uk.

11.2. If we believe someone has broken these terms, we may remove them from the competition and any future ones too.

11.3. Sometimes, things happen beyond our control. If we have to cancel, suspend, or amend a competition due to such circumstances, we’ll do what’s necessary – and refund entry fees if we’re legally required to.

11.4. At BOSH Competitions, we believe in fairness. We usually allow a competition to close as planned. But unlike others, we may extend a competition if the ticket limit isn’t reached. Why? Because running these competitions costs real money – and extending allows us to avoid losses and continue providing amazing prizes and top-notch service for our community.

11.5. Our competitions aren’t endorsed or managed by Facebook or any social platform. They’re all ours.

11.6. These terms are governed by English law, and any issues will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

11.7. We recommend saving a copy of these terms for your records.

12. Competition Entry

12.1. You can enter through our website, and we may run multiple competitions at once – each with its own prize. We reserve the right to void incomplete entries.

12.2. Each account must be used only for yourself. If we suspect someone is entering on behalf of others through one account, we may void those entries.

12.3. Only one account per person. If we detect duplicate accounts, we will close them and void any tickets bought under them – including instant wins. No refunds on tickets from duplicate accounts.

12.4. Chargebacks are taken seriously. If you dispute a payment, all tickets from that payment will be void. If a chargeback is false or unjustified, we’ll reclaim any prizes awarded – including instant wins.

13. Prize Warranty

13.1. All prizes are owned by BOSH Competitions from the moment a competition goes live until the winner receives it. Once delivered, it’s the winner’s responsibility.

13.2. Unless we state otherwise, prizes are not insured. If there’s a defect, warranty issues must be raised with the manufacturer – not us.

13.3. Always double-check the product page before entering.

14. Free Competitions

14.1. Our free comps are for UK residents 18+. One entry per person. Entries close when 500 valid ones are received.

14.2. To enter, fill out the form with your name and email. The winner is picked at random and contacted within 3 days of the draw. No response within 30 days? We pick another winner.

14.3. Prize details are listed on the entry form. No swaps or cash alternatives. We can modify or cancel the comp if we need to.

14.4. Your data is only used to run the comp and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

15. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Client (KYC) Policy

15.1. At BOSH, we take financial crime seriously. We follow legal obligations to prevent our competitions from being used for money laundering or fraud – and that means some checks are necessary.

15.2. Everyone must open an account in their real name before entering – no nicknames or anonymous profiles.

15.3. We may ask for ID, like a passport or driving licence, especially if you're a winner. If you don’t comply, your entry may be void and you may not receive your prize.

15.4. All winners of cash prizes must prove they own the UK bank account receiving the funds. If not, the prize is forfeited.

15.5. We monitor accounts and entries closely – especially free ones – to make sure nothing suspicious is going on. Any attempt to abuse our free entry route with reused stamps or fake info will be investigated.

15.6. We log all transactions for compliance and fraud detection. Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

15.7. By entering any of our comps, you agree to this policy.
